In this role, you will be integral to supporting critical change initiatives and finance operations. Your expertise will ensure accuracy and compliance while providing actionable insights to stakeholders. As you collaborate with cross-functional teams, your contributions will drive data integrity and financial health, impacting the overall effectiveness of operations. Join us to shape the future of finance analytics and platform management. \n Accountabilities Analyze financial and platform data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and auditability. Investigate anomalies in production data, identify root causes, and recommend fixes. Evaluate platform data flows for potential risks or compliance gaps. Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to business and finance stakeholders. Build and automate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for Finance and leadership. Develop dashboards and visualizations in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). Trace platform issues from a financial and accounting standpoint. Collaborate with engineering to resolve data discrepancies and improve platform stability. Requirements 5–8 years of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, platform management, or BI tool integration. Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in relational databases. Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Knowledge of accounting and finance concepts (U.S. GAAP preferred). Experience with product, platform, payment, or accounting transactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; Python scripting is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
