As a Teamcenter Pre-Sales Lead, you will own the strategic and operational execution of all PLM pre-sales activities. You will serve as a key driver of business development efforts by shaping solution strategies, guiding technical teams, and ensuring alignment between customer challenges and our PLM offerings. This is a leadership role, requiring strong technical acumen and the ability to influence internally and externally, playing a pivotal role in helping customers realize digital transformation through Siemens Teamcenter and related technologies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Teamcenter or equivalent enterprise PLM platform, with demonstrated ownership of complex pre-sales initiatives.
  • Strong grasp of PLM architecture, integration, and deployment strategies in engineering/manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to mentor technical colleagues and influence client decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for high-impact engagements and customer-facing events.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all PLM pre-sales activities, ensuring consistent execution across new and existing customer engagements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Services, and Marketing to develop strategic pursuit plans and support enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Serve as the technical authority in customer discussions, workshops, and executive presentations, ensuring proposed solutions align with both customer needs and long-term vision.
  • Design and deliver compelling solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and benchmarks that articulate business value and technical feasibility.
  • Build and maintain pre-sales enablement frameworks, technical messaging, and knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Stay current on PLM trends, Teamcenter evolution, and digital engineering practices to shape future offering roadmaps.
