About World Business Lenders (www.wbl.com) World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding. About the job We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experience to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients using a manual dialer. Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and explain our financial products effectively. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM. Follow up on inquiries and build long-term relationships with prospects. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. Continuously learn about our products, the financial industry, and market trends Advanced almost native level of verbal and written English is required Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales or telemarketing. Comfortable with manual dialing systems and persistent calling. Previous experience selling financial products or working in business finance is preferred. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven. Formal education is a plus, but a secondary diploma or relevant sales experience is acceptable. Quick learner with interest in financial services and lending. Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred Positive attitude and willingness to learn Proactive approach and strong work ethic Tech-savvy, comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools to track and manage sales activity USD base salary + commissions Contractor / Consultancy position PTO available Full-time position
