This role is crucial for supporting clinical PK/PD studies by leveraging advanced programming skills and statistical analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate with a dedicated team to transform raw clinical trial data into meaningful insights. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards while also focusing on data integrity and quality. Your expertise will play a significant role in enhancing the productivity of our clinical programming group while providing training to fellow programmers. \n Accountabilities Data preparation and cleaning of raw clinical trial data for PK/PD analysis. Writing R or Rmarkdown code for descriptive and statistical analysis of PK/PD data. Creating visualizations such as graphs and tables to communicate findings. Ensuring CDISC compliance for regulatory submissions. Performing validation checks on programming code and analysis results. Identifying issues and developing tools to enhance efficiency within the programming group. Providing training to team members on software tools and industry standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Math, Stats, Computer Science, or similar. 7+ years of industrial experience. Advanced R programming skills including tidyverse, ggplot2, Markdown, Quarto, Shiny. Knowledge of CDISC standards (SEND, SDTM, and ADaM). Desire and experience in clinical PK/PD concepts. Proficiency in data visualization and presentation for stakeholders. Capability of advanced modeling and statistical procedures. Strong hands-on experience in clinical trial data analysis. Professional, self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Good verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
