Determining program requirements and making recommendations. Analyzing programs, policies, procedures, and systems to optimize them. Drafting new or revised policies and procedures. Assisting program managers with budget and schedule development. Identifying and resolving issues and problems. Planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of operations and programs. Requirements Knowledge in planning, analyzing, and evaluating program effectiveness. Ability to use source data to evaluate program effectiveness. Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. Experience in manipulating data for program status reports. Experience in creating new methods of gathering and analyzing source data.
