As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle from inception to completion. The role involves direct liaison with clients and various internal departments, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. Manage job budgets and actively oversee cash flow and project profitability. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments. Coordinate technical requirements and deliverables between teams. Negotiate change orders and expanded job scopes with clients. Assign job tasks and coordinate third-party subcontractors. Maintain a strong focus on safety as a personal core value. Interface with accounting on paperwork and project financials. Perform special projects as requested by management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years in electrical project management, particularly with industrial control systems. Highly proficient in MS Business Central, Word, Project, Excel, Outlook. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work safely and contribute to a safety-focused team. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization and time management abilities. A highly energetic self-starter who can manage multiple tasks. Demonstrated commitment to honesty and reliability.
