Remote Psychiatric Advanced Practitioner (PMHNP or PA-C) - Alabama Licensed We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. This 100% remote opportunity is focused on serving patients in Alabama, with potential to expand to other states if you hold multiple licenses. Position Highlights Contract & Compensation: Independent Contractor (1099) status with competitive weekly pay. Scheduling Autonomy: Enjoy flexible and self-directed scheduling—set your own availability. Administrative Support: All patients are provided and scheduled for you, streamlining your focus on clinical care. Rapid Onboarding: Benefit from a fast interview-to-start process; insurance credentialing is not required. Clinical Scope: Providers willing to perform a full range of services, including Intakes, Assessments, Medication Management, and counseling sessions, are preferred. Professional Coverage: Liability insurance is covered for the duration of your active contract. Requirements Active license as a PMHNP or PA-C in the state of Alabama. Must possess prescriptive authority. Willingness to obtain or already possess a collaborating physician agreement. Note on Controlled Substances: DEA registration is not required, as this role specifically excludes the prescribing of ADHD stimulants or any other controlled substances.
Responsibilities
