In this role, you will lead a quality team focused on ensuring the highest standards across various stations. Your expertise will drive subcontractor quality and facilitate audits and reviews that promote operational excellence. Join us in connecting communities while enhancing the quality of our products and services. \n Accountabilities Manage the ATR quality team on stations 45 SUD / 50 SUD / 25 SUD / 22, including engines preparation and assembly. Drive subcontractor quality management for national stations, focusing on operational priorities and KPI follow-up. Participate in product surveillance activities, including audits and internal processes. Conduct regular operational reviews to monitor quality-related technical topics and implementation. Serve as a backup leader for the Quality Unit. Requirements 5-10 years of experience in the aeronautics industry with a focus on quality management. Educational background in production quality, industrial management, or aeronautical maintenance. Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems as well as aircraft operations and assembly standards. Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
