DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a dedicated and personable individual to join our reservations team at Travel Advantage Network (TAN). In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members, helping them book travel, manage their reservations, and ensure they enjoy a smooth and positive experience throughout the process. This is a call center-based role that focuses on guest satisfaction, travel planning support, and relationship building with our members over the phone.

REQUIREMENTS:

1–2 years in a customer service, call center, or hospitality environment preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency
