Achieve clearly defined sales objectives and required activities. Accountable for regional sales performance and activities. Collaborate effectively with Spinal Sales regions and territories. Create and execute regional sales growth plans aligned with company objectives. Identify and convert new users for Spine Enabling Technologies. Participate actively in surgical evaluations and training sessions. Requirements High School Diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience in medical device or related fields, or Associates Degree with 6+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience. Prior experience in lateral spine procedures and intra-op support is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
