About the Position
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will take inbound leads generated through form submissions and jump on scheduled calls to close the sale. You’ll be responsible for managing the sales pipeline using Close CRM and tracking interactions using spreadsheets. This is a results-driven role ideal for someone who is confident, resourceful, and experienced in closing sales in a remote SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
Follow up promptly with inbound leads generated through the website form
Conduct sales calls to understand prospect needs and close the deal
Qualifications
Native or near-native English fluency (spoken and written)
2+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation
Experience working remotely with U.S. or Canada-based startups
Previous experience in a SaaS company is highly preferred
Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably Close CRM)
