As we expand, we’re looking for talented individuals to help us grow our client base and fill our service schedule.
We are currently seeking a Cold Calling Sales Representative to generate qualified leads, book appointments, and help us scale our business. This remote, commission-based role is ideal for someone who’s confident, persuasive, and thrives on turning cold calls into opportunities.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Cold Caller, your primary focus will be reaching out to homeowners to introduce our cleaning services, qualify their interest, and schedule estimates or bookings. You’ll start with a proven script but have the flexibility to make it your own.
This role is best for self-driven individuals who enjoy sales, embrace challenges, and know how to build trust quickly over the phone.
If you’re not comfortable with cold calling, commission-based pay, or handling rejection, this is not the role for you.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Clear, confident verbal communication skills – a strong phone presence is a must
  • Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting (preferred)
  • Comfortable making 50–100+ outbound calls per day
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling techniques
  • Resilience – ability to handle rejection and keep dialing
  • Highly organized and self-motivated to manage your own schedule
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with dialers, scripts, spreadsheets, or CRM software
