Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Key Responsibilities Make 80–120+ outbound calls per day to engage potential leads across various industries. Research, identify, and qualify prospects using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, or ZoomInfo. Use CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage and track outreach activities. Book qualified meetings and demos for account executives. Nurture early-stage leads and handle objections professionally. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies. Deliver consistent results and exceed monthly KPIs. 2+ years of outbound SDR experience (B2B preferred). Proven ability to make high-volume calls and convert prospects into qualified meetings. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Strong organisation and time-management skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead engagement tools. Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven. Experience working across multiple industries (SaaS, Tech, Digital Marketing, etc.) is a plus.
