*POSITION OVERVIEW:*
As a Remote Sales Specialist , you will play a key role in guiding clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to final approval.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial situation and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
This role requires excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and a strong desire to develop a deep understanding of the mortgageand business finance market in Singapore and Malaysia.
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
- Strong desire to excel, self discipline and good work ethnics needed
- No experience required
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Specialist, Loan Officer, or similar role in the financial services industry is a huge advantage
- Strong understanding of the mortgage market and regulations in Singapore and Malaysia is a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for clients will be great
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and mortgage applications simultaneously is good to have
- Analytical mindset to assess clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions can be trained
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with mortgage-related software and CRM tools.
