Interface with consultants, architects, and engineers within the assigned region. Identify and develop strategic project-based opportunities. Create business strategies for RFP submissions. Present products to varied audiences, including C-Suite individuals. Drive sales through understanding customer needs and business. Collaborate with industry organizations to enhance brand visibility. Support business development efforts for Higher Education. Lead the sales process from inception to completion. Collaborate with internal teams for revenue growth. Work with product management to align product features with customer demands. Requirements 10 years of experience in sales and/or installation of access control and video management systems. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred. Market knowledge of the specific region and its consultants. Strong presentation skills to convey technology to technical and non-technical audiences.
