REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven history of meeting and exceeding goals. Call Center/Phone sales experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively connect with clients through phone presentations and cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential, with a collaborator attitude and a willingness to embrace coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Initiative-taking and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrated confidence in communication and decision-making, with the ability to assertively present ideas and solutions in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
  • Our sales representatives receive a high volume lead flow of qualified prospects daily from our contact center along with unlimited access to our database of prospects.
  • Establish rapport with clients, thoroughly assess their business needs, and recommend the most suitable products to achieve their goals.
  • Educate business owners using our proven sales script, offering valuable insights that align with their objectives.
  • Commit to delivering outstanding customer service and follow-up, ensuring our clients receive the support they need.
  • Effectively handle objections and utilize persuasive rebuttals to address client concerns, ensuring a positive outcome and advancing the sales process.
  • Efficiently navigate CRM systems to provide seamless and effective consultations.
