NOW HIRING REMOTE SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES! ***MUST live in Western NY - (Rochester, Buffalo, or Syracuse areas) Account Management Associates primary responsibilities are to manage account service entitlements and administer billings for Service Contracts, Software Assurance, Time and Material service and Professional Services. Daily Tasks: o Processing maintenance agreement orders o Warranty registrations o Billing for time/material calls o Communicating with external customers (email and outbound calls for lapsed contracts) o Supporting account management and customer retention o Primarily back-end support (processing, admin tasks) o Some outbound calls for renewals (not cold calling) o May provide quotes if requested, but not responsible for new sales Experience & Qualifications o 3–5 years in business environment (order processing, sales/service) o Degree is preferred but not required o Familiarity with Microsoft Office and possibly Salesforce Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
