In this role, you will significantly influence the effectiveness of team collaboration and project delivery by implementing scrum methodologies and agile practices. Your leadership will empower teams to achieve their objectives and enhance overall productivity. \n Accountabilities Lead and prioritize scrum processes and daily stand-ups. Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress. Coaching teams on Agile practices and ensuring adherence to scrum principles. Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver project goals. Track and report on sprint goals, progress, and performance metrics. Foster a collaborative team environment centered on accountability. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of relevant experience in Scrum Master roles. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proven leadership and coaching abilities. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence. In-depth knowledge of systems testing procedures and practices. SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent is preferred. Benefits Competitive salary range of $86,840 - $130,000 USD.
