Develop e-learning and video content that aligns with strategic objectives. Support the implementation of various learning initiatives as necessary. Conduct analysis and evaluation of learning initiatives to drive improvement. Mentor new instructional designers on best practices and tools. Stay updated on advancements in training and development methodologies. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of experience in learning projects. Advanced proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia). Experience with Vyond or equivalents for animation. Strong skills in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint. Ability to coach and mentor others. Knowledge of instructional design best practices and methodologies. A commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement. Ability to apply cognitive science principles to enhance learning outcomes. Experience in selecting and aligning training delivery options effectively.
