In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for product data, collaborating across various teams to enhance the quality and compliance processes. Your efforts will support critical operations such as product ship hold and field actions, significantly impacting the efficiency and accuracy of data management. This role offers the opportunity to influence decision-making, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards while working in a dynamic remote environment. \n Accountabilities Collaborate with all entities to manage the global product ship hold process. Extract and analyze product data from ERP systems to support quality activities. Lead cross-functional teams to implement solutions for product data issues. Work with regulatory and customer service teams to ensure data accuracy. Review and create departmental procedures regarding product data. Provide support for internal and external audits. Stay updated on SAP functionalities related to product data. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline or equivalent experience. Minimum 6 years of experience in a data-focused role using SAP. 3+ years of experience with field actions or product hold processes. Mastery of SAP and understanding of product data structures. Strong analytical skills to identify trends in complex data sets. Program management experience in a quality function. Advanced knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards. Experience with post-market quality activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management and self-motivation skills.
