Requirements 3-8 years of experience in operations, consulting or a startup environment. Strong critical thinking and investigative skills. Excellent attention to detail with a proven record of process improvement. Ability to identify gaps and areas for improvement proactively. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams. Proficient organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of customer service protocols, specifically in the Fintech/Travel/memberships sectors. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
