WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Social Media Manager, you would manage all aspects of the client’s Social Media Channels, posting, and brand reputation. This would include but is not limited to creating new social media business pages and posting to them regularly. Developing Creative Media including Newsletters, Website banners, and Videos. Much of this requires experience in graphic programs such as the Adobe Suite as well as online programs like Canva. The brand reputation would also include acquiring reviews and recommendations for each of our clients. This is done through our software. Much of this position requires the ability to relate and understand the nuances of every brand’s unique image.
The measurable goal for all of our clients is interaction and growth in the social media domains.
This position would require someone with excellent creative skills as much of the content you will create includes fundamental graphic art tools and software.
Also, this positin requires an extensive understanding of Meta Business Suite and other cooresponding social business channel integrations.
Knowledge of implementing FB pixels, implementing and measuring FB/IG Ads is critical knowledge for this position.
This is a leadership position responsible for the Social Media Department of Suite Edge and the unique Social Media strategies for each of our clients.

While you will be creating content for a set of clients, you’ll also delegate and oversee the creative work and progress of other Social Media Specialists on the team.

SOME PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up and design all 5 Social Media Channels / Pages for each client as needed
• Work with clients to establish their Brand’s voice and style as well as content needs
• Develop a Social Media Growth Initiative for the Client’s Brand.
• Develop an configure that strategy in Meta Business Suite with target marketing and remarketing configurations.
• Create scheduled posts and content for all channels
• Build review count and ratings for each client utilizing our software and other processes
• Utilize creative means to increase each client’s social media following
• Continue to grow in our tools & processes, supporting our client base websites
• Research and actively engage in assessing ways to improve our client’s brand identity and experience.
• Posting content to clients’ websites, including provided blogs and graphics.
