REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in social media management, brand positioning, and community engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent storytelling and content creation skills (visual and written).
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and audience targeting.
  • Proficiency in content management tools and social media analytics platforms.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager who can craft and execute a strong brand presence across various platforms. This role goes beyond simple content posting—it involves developing a comprehensive brand positioning strategy that engages our audience, aligns with our core values, and builds a strong community around our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating our brand voice, developing content strategies, and ensuring our values are effectively communicated across all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how we connect with our audience and tell our story online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a brand positioning strategy across all social media channels.
  • Create and manage high-quality, engaging, and value-driven content that reflects the company’s mission and core values.
  • Grow and nurture our online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, and HR) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to optimize our content strategy.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between online and offline branding initiatives.
