In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the implementation and optimization of plant maintenance solutions in a global enterprise. Your expertise will impact the efficiency of maintenance processes and the integration of various systems. Define, design, build, and oversee the implementation of ERP solutions based on SAP S/4 HANA. Collaborate with program and business teams to ensure ongoing IT alignment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ideate action plans. Provide leadership and mentorship to other team members. Write and review functional specifications and configuration guides. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant engineering field. 7+ years of experience in delivering ERP solutions in global enterprises. 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP cloud-based solutions in EAM. Experience with SAP S/4 Hana, including MM, PM, and APM modules. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in agile environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
