In this strategic role, you will be tasked with building and nurturing a world-class Solutions Engineering organization. You will oversee the entire technical customer journey, from initial demonstrations to onboarding and ongoing success. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you will set the vision for technical excellence and establish best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your leadership will drive performance and ensure our Solutions Engineers can deliver exceptional value to our customers. \n Accountabilities Build and scale a high-impact Solutions Engineering team with a culture of accountability and continuous learning. Define career paths, performance metrics, and development plans for team members. Establish onboarding and certification programs that enhance team effectiveness. Drive technical discovery, solution design, and onboarding for enterprise customers. Translate customer needs into actionable requirements for product development. Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to strategize go-to-market initiatives. Requirements 10+ years in senior technical pre-sales or solutions engineering roles within Enterprise SaaS. Experience in building and scaling pre-sales or Solutions Engineering organizations. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and Linux environments. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
