VIRTUAL SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER ALASKA

This remote role offers the opportunity to support K12 students across Alaska while working from home. Through VocoVisions advanced teletherapy platform, educators can deliver impactful services in a fully virtual environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Alaska Special Education Teaching License
• Masters degree in Special Education
• Minimum of two years of experience in a school-based setting
• Comfortable with technology and virtual teaching tools
• Strong organizational skills to manage a remote caseload independently

• Full-time remote position for the 20252026 school year
• Manage a dynamic caseload of K12 students
• Provide virtual instruction, implement IEPs, monitor student progress, and collaborate with school personnel
• Utilize a secure, HIPAA/FERPA-compliant system with access to training and digital resources
