We are seeking detail-oriented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sports Travel Coordinators. In this role, you will work with clients, teams, and sports enthusiasts to arrange travel for sporting events, tournaments, training camps, and fan experiences. You will be responsible for coordinating transportation, accommodations, and event-related activities, ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience for every client. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their sports travel needs and preferences Research and recommend accommodations, flights, transportation, and ticket packages Coordinate all trip logistics, including lodging, event tickets, and excursions Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications Provide timely updates and support to travelers before and during their trip Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings Basic computer skills (email, online booking systems, spreadsheets) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Customer service experience preferred; interest in sports and travel is a plus Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle Opportunity to work on exciting sports-related travel projects Access to travel industry perks and exclusive event opportunities Be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment
