Active or inactive CPA designation required. 12+ years of experience in accounting and finance; 5+ in leadership roles. Experience with IPO processes, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance. Proficient in GAAP and financial reporting standards. Skilled in ERP systems and advanced analytics tools. Strong leadership skills with a track record in high-growth environments.
