Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Researcher, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover deep customer insights, validate new concepts, and drive user-centered innovation. We’re looking for passionate individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are excited to shape the future of hotel technology. Let’s build impactful, data-driven solutions together! As part of our team you will:

Define, develop and validate new concepts (services, products, business models)

  • Meet users, and help understand clients’ preferences and needs to create solutions that resonate with them
  • Work hand in hand with engineers and business people to propose innovative solutions to answer these needs
  • Quick-prototype and test concepts to collect early user feedback and iterate
  • Document promising solutions to push them to development teams
  • Feed RoomPriceGenie’s product & development roadmap
  • Apply and promote user-centered innovation
  • Apply the methodology of Design Thinking and the so-called micro-cycle which guides us to the discovery of innovative solutions:
  • (Re-)Defining the problem
  • Needfinding
  • Ideating
  • Prototyping
  • Iterating repeatedly to converge on a convincing solution
