Lead annual planning cycles and capacity modeling. Evaluate and optimize territory performance continuously. Define revenue performance metrics across the business. Own the performance analytics framework. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Design and evolve reporting infrastructure and dashboards. Act as a strategic partner influencing planning and investment decisions. Lead cross-functional alignment independently. Implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations. Proven track record of driving large-scale initiatives. Strong experience with senior stakeholders (VP level). Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments. Expertise in Salesforce and data analytics tools.
