Navigate complexity to secure buy-in for new processes and system improvements. Translate data trends into actionable business insights and operational triggers. Partner with leaders to identify and communicate the operational implications behind data findings. Perform data analysis to support operational initiatives, identify opportunities, and measure impact. Collaborate with managers to establish a long-term roadmap addressing operational bottlenecks. Requirements 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields in a SaaS environment. Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline. Proven track record of transforming conceptual problems into operational solutions. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and building consensus among varied stakeholders. Ability to influence teams without direct authority. Strong analytical skills to uncover root causes of operational issues. Capacity to simplify complex workflows into clear processes. Experience with basic data analysis to identify business risks and opportunities. Familiarity with SaaS, technology sectors, and high-growth environments.
