Facilitate the sprint team to deliver new or improved features while addressing any impediments. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of functionality. Mentor and provide technical guidance to fellow engineers, promoting a culture of innovation. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of software programming experience, with at least 2 years in relevant technologies. Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, C++, or JavaScript. Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
