Foster a culture of design excellence and advocate for high-quality design standards. Requirements Undergraduate degree required; a related graduate degree is a plus. Strong passion for improving behavioral health for children and families. Collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring junior designers. Exceptional communication skills to articulate design strategies effectively. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. 8+ years of experience in designing complex digital products.
