Seeking an Account Manager to place professional job seekers at Fortune 500 and mid-market companies in the Atlanta metro area. Must be local to the area to meet clients in person at their offices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of success
  • Managed approximately 25–50 accounts at one time
  • Experience selling professional staffing services or managed services
  • Effective interpersonal skills, relationship-building skills, written, and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and a CRM or ATS platform
  • Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  • Team player with a positive attitude, who can also work independently and set own priorities and tasks
Responsibilities
  • Meet with hiring Managers to discuss contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement staffing services
  • Develop Strategic Account to capture market share in all areas of the account
  • Conduct in-person client meetings to discuss team culture and long-term hiring goals
  • Facilitate interviews, onboarding, and monthly touchpoints with candidates and consultants
  • Expand existing client relationships in multiple departments
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
