Prepare and present complex analytical findings to internal leadership. Requirements 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or related fields. Demonstrated experience with strategic problem-solving frameworks. Proven leadership experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
