Responsibilities Provide timely and effective remote troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat. Identify and resolve technical issues regarding software, hardware, and connectivity. Document all client interactions and resolutions in our support ticketing system. Keep up to date with product knowledge and updates to ensure accurate client support. Work collaboratively with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. Assist in the development of support documentation and resource materials to improve user experience. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plus. Prior experience in technical support or customer service role is essential. Strong knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and troubleshooting methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools is preferred. Customer-oriented attitude and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
