You will drive surgeon demand for a comprehensive portfolio by developing strategic sales plans and fostering crucial relationships with clinical stakeholders. You will be instrumental in expanding market presence while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients. \n Accountabilities Serve as the main point of contact across account teams, including various managers and specialists. Lead the creation and execution of account-level contractual strategies. Optimize contracts and drive category expansion across Surgical products. Own and execute quarterly Customer Business Reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key economic and clinical stakeholders. Drive adoption and utilization of all Surgical Center of Technology products. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with field distribution partners. Maximize partnership programs and leverage account intelligence to increase market share. Requirements High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 6+ years of field sales experience. Proven track record in sales within the medical device or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of clinical environments and the ability to communicate complex product information. Experience in building and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers. Able to analyze business trends and develop actionable strategies. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
