In this role, you will support data collection, analysis, and visualization projects for a federal agency, contributing your expertise to optimize critical data processes. Your work will enhance the decision-making capabilities of agency leadership and drive data-driven insights. The position allows you to leverage your skills in database management and visualization tools while collaborating with a dedicated team. Your impact will extend across multiple divisions, ensuring effective data reporting and presentation. \n Accountabilities Provide data analysis reports for data submitted by states. Assist in preparing documents for various data collection processes. Develop reports in Tableau Desktop for multiple divisions across the agency. Implement automated data preparation and cleaning processes using Tableau Prep and R. Perform big data mining and statistical analyses using SQL and R. Manage the Tableau user group and provide technical assistance. Requirements BA/BS degree in a related discipline. 8+ years of experience in database administration and data analysis. Expert user of Tableau, SQL, and MS Office (Excel). Experience with data mining, cleaning, and manipulating (SQL and R). Strong understanding of data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
