Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of fitness instructors, wellness coaches, and support staff to achieve departmental goals.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate health and wellness programs that meet the needs of our clients and community.
  • Ensure all team members are trained on best practices in health, safety, and client engagement.
  • Monitor and assess team performance, providing regular feedback and guidance to enhance skills and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for client retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages open communication and continuous learning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, certifications, and best practices to ensure our programs remain relevant and effective.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clients and promote our services.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of health and wellness principles, fitness programming, and client engagement strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
