In this crucial role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to support the implementation and maintenance of electronic Clinical Outcomes Assessment (eCOA) systems for clinical trials. Oversee requirements meetings with eCOA vendors and internal stakeholders. Assist in developing study-specific technical documents. Support project timelines and associated activities. Collaborate with data management to define data transfer requirements. Manage user acceptance test creation and execution. Identify and resolve study-related technical issues. Support continuous process and quality improvements. Requirements Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of clinical experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of clinical experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of clinical experience OR High school diploma with 10 years of clinical experience. Bachelor’s Degree in life science, computer science, engineering, business or related discipline preferred. Experience in clinical development and implementing clinical systems. Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and FDA regulations. Strong project management and technical expertise. Excellent documentation and communication skills. PMP certification is a plus. Previous vendor management experience is desirable. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
