QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accommodations, travel planning processes, and destination information.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
• Familiarity with booking software and tools is a plus.
