About This Opportunity Our team is currently adding new members to support day-to-day travel coordination activities in a fully remote environment. We are accepting applications for a Remote Travel Operations Specialist position focused on assisting with reservation workflows, itinerary organization, and client communication throughout the planning process. Industry experience is welcome but not required. Step-by-step onboarding resources are available. Core Responsibilities Support the coordination of travel arrangements including hotels, cruises, transportation, and packaged experiences Review itinerary components for completeness and accuracy Assist clients with comparing available travel selections through approved booking tools Provide timely responses to planning questions and service requests Help manage updates related to schedule adjustments or reservation changes Maintain organized booking records within online systems Share general destination information when appropriate Participate in scheduled virtual training sessions and collaboration updates Preferred Skills & Qualities Strong written and verbal communication habits Comfort working with web-based reservation platforms Attention to timelines and coordination details Ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests Confidence working independently from a home office environment Reliable internet access and basic computer familiarity Minimum age of 18 years Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain and be comfortable communicating in English.
