Remote Travel Planner Overview Are you passionate about travel and helping others create unforgettable experiences? Were looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Travel Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you'll assist clients with planning and booking vacations, cruises, theme park getaways, and all-inclusive resort stays all from the comfort of your home. What You'll Do Work directly with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Research and recommend personalized vacation packages, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining. Accurately handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and special offers. Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after each trip. Stay up to date on industry trends, promotions, and supplier policies. What Were Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Comfortable using digital tools and booking platforms (training provided).
