Ideal Candidate Problem Solver: You remain calm under pressure and can think on your feet. Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable learning new booking platforms and working with remote communication tools. Communicator: Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must. Experience: Previous background in customer support or the travel industry is highly valued.
