As a Trustee Sale Officer, you will manage the non-judicial foreclosure processes across multiple states, ensuring compliance with regulations and investor requirements. This role commands a significant impact on borrower care, providing an avenue for clients and customers to receive outstanding service during the foreclosure process. You will collaborate with the Senior Trustee Sale Officer to coordinate workflows efficiently among team members while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. Expect to engage regularly with clients and borrowers, showcasing your expertise and delivering exceptional communication. \n Accountabilities Review new referrals to ensure accuracy and compliance. Determine chain of title and prepare necessary trustee assignments. Manage required mailings according to state law. Prepare notices for posting and publication. Respond to client and borrower inquiries promptly. Comply with escalation procedures as needed. Maintain punctual attendance and exemplary work ethic. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 5 years of experience in non-judicial foreclosure. Ability to read and interpret title reports effectively. Knowledge of foreclosure documentation and state requirements. Experience with client systems like Tempo or Black Knight. Proficient in legal documentation associated with foreclosure processes.
