Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams. Lead the conceptualization of user experience and visual design. Mentor team members to achieve high-quality deliverables. Engage stakeholders in the design process and advocate for user needs. Develop mock-ups and functional prototypes for new features. Ensure designs meet business goals and user satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, computer science, or related field. At least 10 years of UI/UX design experience with leadership capabilities. Experience maintaining and expanding a cross-platform design system. Strong knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Proven portfolio demonstrating ability to solve complex design challenges. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
