Your role will involve direct engagement in operations, continuity services, and recovery services, contributing to enhancements in service delivery. Providing support for on-premise and cloud-based systems. Creating and maintaining UNIX user accounts and access management systems. Establishing standardized backup and recovery policies. Applying patches and upgrades according to schedules. Resolving hardware/software platform problems in complex environments. Analyzing the impact of software changes across functional units. Maintaining space utilization statistics and forecasting future needs. Implementing systems to proactively monitor infrastructure. Making recommendations for hardware and software upgrades. Requirements Public Trust Clearance by start date. Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) and 4-9 years of related experience. Experience supporting industry-standard software products. Demonstrated time management and self-discipline as a remote worker. ITILv4 Foundation Training and Certification (to be obtained within 120 days after hire).
