Engage with clients and industry players to identify emerging needs and translate them into actionable opportunities. Coordinate cost-benefit analysis and evaluate new product offerings for scalability and revenue generation. Collaborate with Technology and Risk partners to implement AI solutions that enhance growth. Deliver executive-level presentations to communicate strategic initiatives and business goals. Foster a culture of innovation and development within the organization. Stay ahead of technology trends and assess potential tools for organizational benefit. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in Financial Services and/or Capital Markets; Mortgage industry experience highly desired. Proficient understanding of mortgage securitization processes. Demonstrated experience in Business and Product Development or Strategy Execution. Experience leveraging AI for product innovation. 10+ years of experience in People Management.
