Oversee engineering delivery, including resource planning, prioritization, and release planning. Mature engineering processes while maintaining agility in a scale-up environment. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure engineering outcomes align with market needs. Support the evolution of a low-code/no-code platform integrating AI-driven capabilities. Strengthen engineering governance, quality standards, and security posture. Provide technical insight to support business planning and organizational growth. Champion a collaborative and transparent engineering culture. Requirements Strong technical foundation, with experience as a software engineer moving into engineering leadership roles. Proven experience leading engineering organizations within SaaS scale-ups. Credible ambassador for the company's engineering vision and platform direction. Ability to operate effectively between executive leadership and engineering teams. Experience leading well-established engineering teams. Pragmatic leadership style to evolve engineering maturity. Strong understanding of software architecture and cloud-native platforms. Experience balancing long-term strategy with near-term delivery commitments.
