Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred. 15+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles. Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing engineering teams. In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud architecture, and multi-tenant systems. Proven track record with AI/ML technologies and practices. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
