Lead recruitment and development of high-performing engineering teams. Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, CI/CD, and agile methodologies. Manage the transition towards AI-native development practices. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective product releases. Manage budgets and vendor relationships that support engineering initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred. 15+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles. Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing engineering teams. In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud architecture, and multi-tenant systems. Proven track record with AI/ML technologies and practices. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
